A major update is here!

  • Added the Major Upgrade Path. Unlock player upgrades to access even more powerful features such as additional player classes and special abilities for your jetpack.
  • View your Active Relics in game via the Level Up and Wave End store menus.
  • Unlock new Jetpack Abilities including AOE damage and and Health Regen.
  • Activate new jumpers including the Runabout, Scout, and Bruiser Jumpers, each with unique starting equipment.
  • Equip new Jetpack Cells to buff your Jumper while using the jetpack.
  • Access the Survival Guide for gameplay tips and information.
  • All new music and sound effects for gameplay and menus.

maybe have it so they have diminishing returns or limit the maximum that you can have of them, I was trying to farm amber but I couldn't die so I was extremely disappointed when I wouldn't be able to bring in all the amber I had made

Great Game The only thing I find Difficult is the UI the Type face is challenging to read. the Screen is filled with bars that are not super clear as to what they stand for. I never really look at the heath bar at the corner and only used the heath bar under your character.

Can you please add a macos compatibale version

the Humble Beginnings achievement was a bitch to grind as the snowballing upgrade curve of the weapon tiers meant I had to grind for I believe an hour whilst also juggling not killing The Crusher. Still a really fun game although I feel like some things shouldn't be locked behind achievements or at least not locked behind very time consumming achievements. 

Hey I really enjoyed this game but I will say that I found myself already easily overpowered without putting much investment into the game. With the basic jumper and only a few out-of-game upgrades, I was able to clear all the waves with the basic pulse rounds, rocket launcher, and a rejuventation totem. There were a few times where I was able to stand still for a good portion of time in the last few waves.

I certainly understand this is a demo so I'm sure the difficulty curve will be taken care of as more content gets added. But like I said, I really enjoyed this! I like just how many monsters there are and the fact that even though I'm getting stronger and faster, I always feel like the swarm is right next to me. It provides a good feeling of suspense.

Hey for the achievement mastering the basics is it only the final round or the whole game, only one pulse round or can you have more than one, can you have relics or not?

100% on our minds. Lots to do, but hope to get some of them in!

So funny story, I thought there was an achievement for killing the crusher without moving, turns out theres not. (also for the achevement mastering the basics, do you have to have no relics? or is it you have to only have 1 pulse round?)

We'll get this phrasing cleared up.

Ugh, always hate it when your progress gets erased because of a new version ... good that you keep updating it though

Sorry about that - to be honest we weren't aware that would happen. We'll be careful about patching web.

Two things I think this game needs
One is Invincibility frames upon getting hit, atleast by the same enemy.

The other I'd say is an option to enable autofire on your primary weapon.

Also in my opinion the jetpack shouldn't use up all its fuel when you let go off it for flying for just a short bit of time.

Another thing bothering me is the lack of variety in the playspace, a lot of games like these have a randomly generated enviornment as to not make every run the same.

Otherwise I think it's a pretty good game.

For some reason, when I'm playing with the gamepad, when buying equipment, if I don't want to buy anything and press the button to get out of this menu, the game breaks, a small error screen appears and closes alone later

Incredible and amazing. Lot of skill was put in. I love the risk of rain survival vibe in the helldiver stile. Beautiful. This would hace a lot of success publicly. You amazed me. Better than most survival games on the google play store. Incredible design. KEEP GOING!!!

We've been getting that feedback a bit more lately. Will look into that!

It’s taking a bit too long for my taste to unlock more interesting stuff, and a the level up screen is a little annoying once I’ve maxed out all my upgrades.

Hopefully this changes when you come out of pre-release though, having more weapons would probably help a lot.

Hey! i i already ended my first 15 waves, and i know that i have to play more to unlock other characters and achievements, i really enjoy the game and i hope an endless mode in a future (sorry if is already in game and i have to do something to unlock it) Also the music is great! and i would like more soundtracks, (because after a few hours playing it becomes desperate hear the same music again and again) My congratulations, this game has become one of my favorites on itch.io, and i hope someday, see the final version of this piece of art, Good luck and keep going!

Hey, I think your store reroll is a little busted... With every wave end I would just buy all relics for like 45 gold reroll for even cheaper and repeat until my 2000 gold was empty so I was op pretty fast. In my opinion a little too strong for the player.

But I really enjoyed the game nonetheless keep up the good work ^^

Loved the graphics and audio.  I do like the combining of weapons, once I figured it out.  The text for the pop-ups for the goo is a little hard to read, the yellow kind of blends into the green a bit too much.

Great game! Loved the graphics and audio, hope you don't mind that I made a vid on this. I think I found a bug where the green goo items kept saying I had insufficient funds when I did have enough, and it stacked in the same area so it went super bright red after a few waves. Not sure if it was intentional, but otherwise great game!

We're using Unity. Our team has used a lot of different engines over the years, but we're best in Unity.
